As we bid Rosa farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rosa is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Domenico Spadafora; her brothers, Saverio and Luigi; and her children-in-law, Carolann and Leo.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Aquila (Leo), Giuseppe Spadafora (Serafina), Rosario Spadafora (Linda) and Francesca Spadafora Marra (Giovanni); her grandchild Big; and her caregiver Elizabeth Davidson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (404 Northmount Pl NW, Calgary, AB T2K3P9). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
