She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Agate; her parents, Joseph Kachmarski and Magdelina; and her siblings, Peter Kachmarski, Kay Olmstead, Ann Shanti, Joe Kachmarski, Tony Kachmarski, Frank Kachmarski and Paul Kachmarski.

She is survived by: her children, Richard of Surrey, BC, Leona Billo (Jeff) of Calgary and Mona Hjermenrude (Brian) of Saskatoon, SK.; her granddaughters, Nadine (Jason) and Stephanie; her sister Fran Lyons (Milton) of Vernon, BC; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma Kachmarski (Tony) of Kindersley, Hazel McKone (Joe Kachmarski) of Kindersley and Marie Kachmarski (Paul) of Calgary. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
