Rosina Amantea Obituary

We announce the death of Rosina Amantea in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 87. Rosina will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Ricki Blackwell (Mike) and Mario Amantea (Michele); her grandchildren, Andrea Lowe (Dennis), Mark Blackwell (Jackie), Cam Amantea (Jordan Chabeniuk), Matteo and Mila Amantea; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Austin Lowe, Luca and Oliver Blackwell; her sister Olivia (Enzo); and her sisters-in-law, Aurelia and Sisina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
