He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Grace Goldmintz (Mike) of Calgary, Brenda Birch (Greg) of Canmore and Nancy Nakatsuru of Calgary; his grandchildren, Jeff, Justin, Jaelyn and Lauren; his siblings, Norio, Bill, George and Toshiko; and his parents, Osamu and Mayuno.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
