He was predeceased by: his parents, John Englot and Katharina Englot; his uncle Mike Lazor; his siblings, Edward Englot, Alvin Skulmoski, Frank Skulmoski, Albert Skulmoski, Leonard Skulmoski and Caroline Desabrais; and his siblings-in-law, Herbert Olson, Arthur Desabrais, Arthur Dew, James Meil and Geraldine Englot.

He is survived by: his children, Eunice (Mike) of Groot, Orville Englot (Faye) of Calgary, AB, Denese Nieminen (Brian) of Stony Plain, AB and Eugene Englot (Ada) of Calgary, AB.; his grandchildren, Brenden, Keegan, Madison Nieminen, Cole, Kaitlyn Englot and Katarina of Groot; his sisters, Francis Dew, Bertha Meil and Marie Olson; his sisters-in-law, Carole Skulmoski, Helen Skulmoski, Lazor and Kasprick; and his wife Virginia Kasprick.
