Rui Zhen Huang Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2025, Rui Zhen Huang (Calgary, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Rui Zhen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rui Zhen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Chong Ding Zhou; her children, Roger Zhou (Sharon) of Calgary, Sandy Wong (Jim) of Lethbridge, Alberta, Tobey Zhou (Tyson) and Simon Zhou of Vancouver; her grandchildren, Nina Dueck (Jordan), Jay Wong, Gary Zhou and Andy Zhou; and her great grandchildren, Aria and Oakley Dueck. She was also cherished by husband, her devoted children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as extended family.
