He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy McNeil and Daniel McNeil; and his wife Gillian McNeil. He is survived by: his children, Scott McNeil, Lori Duncan and Blaine McNeil (Annmarie); his brother Al McNeil (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Jason, Jeffrey, Kristopher, Paige, Kylee, Emmalee, Jake and Jenna. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
