He was predeceased by: his parents, Agostino Guido and Serafina Guido. He is survived by: his wife Maria Guido; his sons, Agostino Guido, Frank Guido (Stephanie Guido), Mario Guido (Daniela Guido) and Tony Guido (Amanda Guido); his grandchildren, Cheri-Ann Guido (Chad Linnell), Vince Guido, Chelsey Pettersen (Jeffrey Pettersen), Erica Wiebe (Phynex Ruttan) and Kaylee Guido; his great grandchildren, Amelia Wiebe and Jack Wiebe; his siblings, Rosa Mosca (Joe Mosca), Jerry Guido (Debbie Guido), Antonietta Neufeld (Chris Neufeld) and Frank Guido (Janet Desousa); his stepmother Caterina Guido; and his cousin Washington DC. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
