He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; and his father Stanley. He is survived by: his sons, Corey and Jordan (Katelin); his grandchildren, Abigail and Zachariah; his siblings, Kevin (Shirley), Bruce (Diane), Brian (Jenn), Barbara (Steve) and Ian (Leslie); and also Phyllis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and cherished friends.
