She is survived by: her husband Rogelio Viernes of Calgary, AB; her children, Earvin Viernes (Christina) and Angelie Robinson (Andrew) of Medicine Hat, AB; her granddaughters, Maria, Eve and Emilia; and her siblings, Federico Jr. Villanueva (Lorna), Raul Villanueva (Ruth), Renato Villanueva (Jheng), Lily Langfield and Fe Bock (Richard).

Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
