He was predeceased by: his parent Terry Chinnery. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Chinnery; his wife Siobhan; his daughters, Daimhin and Hannah; his brother Doug Chinnery (Rachelle); his brothers-in-law, Dave O'Regan (Karin) and Noel O'Regan (Candace); his sibling's children, Keely, Denille, Peyton and Jayce; and his friend Tim. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
