He is survived by: his grandmother Shirley Stafford; his siblings, Josh Stafford (Lacy McClure), Dave Jr. Levy (Jessica), Josh Levy (Lisa) and Sarah Levy (Corey Kettner); and his aunts and uncles, Stephen Levy (Carol), James Levy (Maria), Troy Stafford (Diane), Dale Stafford (Natalie), Terry Stafford, Patricia Holmes (Preston), Rhonda Daigle (Norman) and Amy Levy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
