He is survived by: his spouse Subadra; his daughters, Lanchanie and Harshitha; his son-in-law Seamus; his granddaughters, Ailish and Amanthi; his siblings, Upul (Anoma), Laknath (Mala), Indrani Galappaththi and Nuragi (Lakshman); and his in-laws, Amitha (Gayani) and Thusitha (Champika). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
