She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Probert and Mary Probert (Stewart); her husband Russell Shea; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Probert and Fran Shea (Andrews).
She is survived by: her children, Douglas (Catherine), Dianne, Colleen (Barry), John and Tim; her brother Doug Probert (Karen); and her brother-in-law Bill Shea (Norma). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
She worked for Sask Power, University of Alberta, Olds College, Shea's Electric, the hospital in Fort McMurray, the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses' Association, and prior to retirement, the Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation.
