She was predeceased by: her father Jake Westfall. She is survived by: her son Corey Sanko; her mother Barbara Hayward; her siblings, Mike Westfall and Kelly Westfall; her stepbrother David Dale Hayward; and her nieces and nephews, Tara, Tanner Thaler, Brian Bartlett, Michael Westfall Jr. and Jesse Wagar. She is also survived by many loving cousins, family and friends.
