With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mae Knudsen (Calgary, Alberta), born in Coaldale, Alberta, who passed away on February 6, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Mae Knudsen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Moulton and Mary Moulton; her husband Eric Knudsen; and her siblings, Gordon, Craig and Marjorie.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Wayne), Robert (Rae-Ann) and Donna (Glenn); her grandchildren, Lana, Blair (Rachel), Leah (Cam), Debbie (Dusty), Carl, Erin Josie (Garry) and Laurel (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Avery, Dawsyn, Harper, Spencer, Olivia, Maddison, Sophie and Logan; her sister Barb; and her siblings-in-law, Joanne, Dana and Dick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Hussar Cemetery Fund (Box 100, Hussar, AB. T0J 1S0) The family would like to thank the staff at the Strathmore Lodge for their care and kindness shown to Mom during her time there. And a special thanks to our Aunt Barb for her support and direction.
