It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Petrie Warkentin of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Holowatiuk and Margaret Holowatiuk (Edward); and her sons, Darrell and Troy. She is survived by: her children, Heather Warkentin (Cameron Rabel) and Dwayne Warkentin (Shari); her grandchildren, Dylan Haines (Jennifer), Shelsey Ambrosi (Tony), Cass (Mike), Kate (Steve) and Ryan Walker; her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Samuel, Carlo and Isaiah; and her siblings, Joan Eastland, Bill and John Holowatiuk. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
