It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Slawek Turowiecki. He passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2025 at age 67. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Genia Turowiecki; children, Darek, Christine (Calvin); as well as grandchildren, Brandon, Justin and Kayla. We will always remember that special smile, that caring heart and that warm embrace You always gave us. You were always there for Mom and us through good and bad times no matter what. We will always remember you Dad because there will never be another one to replace You in our hearts, and the love we will always have for You.

You'll be deeply missed. Rest in peace – Amen.

Relatives and Friends are invited to Prayers at COUNTRY HILLS CREMATORIUM & FUNERAL SERVICES, 11995 16 Street NE on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Family and friends who are unable to attend in person are invited to join the Prayer Service streamed live (see below) on the day of the service. Condolences, memories, and photos can also be shared and viewed here.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY QUEEN of PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2111 Uxbridge Dr. NW on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 11:00 am. Following the Mass, everyone is invited to meet with the Family in the "Parish Hall" for a Reception.

Graveside Services will follow at Prairie Sky Cemetery, 12800 – 100 Street SE, Calgary, AB (Section RC).
