He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Perzylo and Lena Perzylo; and his siblings, Ed (Inge), Frank Perzylo (Rose), Olga Kucherawy (Metro), Helen, Sandra Zabrodski and Rose Skolski (Steve).

He is survived by: his wife Patricia of Calgary, AB; his sons-in-law, Chantel Uhrich (Mike) of Sylvan Lake, AB and Stacey Grencier (Michael) of Airdrie, AB; his grandson Mathew Uhrich (Laura) of Calgary, AB; his sons-in-law, Dakota Uhrich (Camille) of Armstrong, BC, Trent Uhrich (Brittany) of Kelowna, BC, Brandon Mahoney (Lisa) of Calgary, AB and Justin Mahoney (Morgan) of Calgary, AB; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Skyleigh Uhrich of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Gigi Marie, Dax Uhrich of Armstrong, BC and Saylor Uhrich of Kelowna, BC.; and his brothers, Alvin Perzylo and Bill Perzylo (Esther). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
