He was predeceased by: his father Gerald (Jerry); his brothers, Steven and Christopher; and his grandson Cory. He is survived by: his wife Dorota; his children, Chris (Julie), Terry (Farida) and Nicole (Dave); his grandchildren, Kieran and Hayden; his siblings, Roy (Ruth) and Diane (Wayne); Zibi, Sylwia and Natalia (Igor). He is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews; and the many colleagues, friends.
