He was predeceased by: his father Waldo Morstad; his sister Valerie; and his son Blake (Adele). He is survived by: his mother Freda Morstad (Johnson); his sisters, Holly and Nancy; his daughters, Rachel (Joe) and Erin (Steph); his grandchildren, Ben, Chris, Jack, Blake, Vesper and Windsor; and also, Jill (Scott), Kori (Chris), Kai (Jasmine), Paige, McKenna, Kaylee, Kate, Sara, Beau and Jade. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
