He is survived by: his wife Sukhjit Kaur Johal; his sons, Joven Singh Johal and Harman Singh Johal; his parents, Lakhvinder Singh Johal and Resham Kaur Johal; and his brothers, Gurbir, Varinderjit and Gurinderjit. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, extended family, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Sukhdeep's memory to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
