Susan Elizabeth Eskdale Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2026, at the age of 56, Susan Elizabeth Eskdale of Calgary, Alberta, born in Leader, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Francis, Willis Eastveld of Winnipeg, MB, Allan and Jessie Eskdale of Calgary, AB; her uncles, Bill (Susan) and Michael Eastveld (Cathy); and her aunt Roberta Ursel (Bob).
She is survived by: her parents, Ken Eskdale and Betty Eskdale (Eastveld) of Regina, SK; her sister Michelle Gruendel (Eskdale) of Calgary, AB.; her nephews, James Michael and John Paul Gruendel of Calgary, AB; and her aunts, Barb Eastveld, Mary Ellen Eastveld (Bunny) of Winnipeg, MB, Susan Eastveld of Carmen, MB and Kerry Arbeau (Eskdale) of Calgary, AB. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 10th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home (14441 Bannister Rd SE, Calgary, AB T2X3J3).
Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
