He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Whitford and Angus Whitford. He is survived by: his wife Ulla Ritter of Calgary; his daughters, Jacqui Basha (Tom), Melanie Rogers and Carina Bendell (Peter); and his grandchildren, Nikki, Sami, Jordan, Avery, Brayden, Jaxson, James, Skyler and Jorja.
