He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Osiowy and Michael Osiowy; his stepfather Fred Reitenbach; and his siblings, Marge Leniczek, Gordon Leniczek, Stanley Osiowy, Gwen Osiowy, Robert Osiowy, Ed Mann and Marcel Osiowy.

He is survived by: his spouse Doreen Osiowy; his sons, Kevin Osiowy (Debra) of Calgary, AB and Neil Osiowy (Deborah) of Doaktown, NB; his grandchildren, Michael Osiowy (Stephanie), Brian Osiowy, Jennifer Osiowy and Maria Osiowy; and his siblings, Sophie Mann, Jim Osiowy (Blanche) and Barb Osiowy (Bob Capp).
