She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Fraser (Robert) of Winnipeg. She is survived by: her son Wayne Fraser (Bonnie) of Calgary; and her grandchildren, Lisa (Shawn) of Calgary and Mark of Vancouver. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
A Celebration of Thelma's Life and interment will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Winnipeg at a date that is yet to be determined due to COVID protocol.
