He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Bill (Colleen), Theresa Cvik and Mary Maxim (Allan Brown); and his siblings' children, James Maxim (Frances Lecky), Robert Maxim (Anne Isbister), Sean Maxim (Kelly), Shannon Furze, Michelle and Michael Cvik.
