He is survived by: his son Matthew (Breana); his close friend Barb Jean; his mother Elise Davis; his siblings, Arthur Moore, Tracy Moore (Karen) and Lisa Serink (Doyle); his siblings' children, Adam, Caila (Travis), Jenessa (Ben) and Zack (Shaylin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan, Owen, Jace, Marley, Rhett and Jolene.
