He is survived by: his parents, Larry Jurgens and Lynda Jurgens; his sister Cheryl Howden (Andrew); and his nieces and nephews, Kate, Grace and Ryan Howden.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Earl Grey Golf Club (6540 20 St SW, Calgary, AB T3E5L2).
