She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Sr.; her parents, Agapito and Leonora; and her siblings, Briccio, Amparo, Elesio, Celedonio, Manuel, Jesusa and Mamerta.

She is survived by: her children, Julia and Manuel; her grandchildren, Sverker, Annikin and Yuvgeny; and her siblings, Lucita and Agapito Jr..

At 80 years old, she flew by herself to Canada in the middle of a pandemic after being granted permanent residence via Julia's application to the parents and grandparents program.
