It is with sadness that the passing of Violet Courtney (Calgary, Alberta) is shared. Violet, born on September 9, 1939, passed away on August 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Lynn Wood; her niece Sherleen; and her close friend Faye. She is also survived by friends, relatives and her neighbors.

She was a great human and her contribution to the world will be forever missed.
