She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Beierbach and Lantena Elhard; and her husband Peter Zaiachkowski. She is survived by: her children, Darlene (Harvey), Bob (Carole Ann) and Lenora (Ric); her grandchildren, Nicole (Matt), Lisa, Emma, Kayla and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Elayna and Everley; and her sisters, Laura and Gladys.
