He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his son Ross Owen. He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Desjardins (Murray); his daughter-in-law Pam Brown; his grandchildren, Alan Brown (Anya), Kay Brown and Michael Desjardins; and his great grandchildren, Brock Brown, Ava Fehr-Desjardins and Arlo Desjardins.
