He is survived by: his uncle Art; his wife Eugenie; his children, Monica (Greg), Ron, Gabriele (Ken), Marlies (Jeff), Wolfgang (Krista), Heidi (Gary) and Oliver (Cindy); his grandchildren, Sheena (Paulo), Alex, Kaarina, Renee (Danny), Stephen (Hilary), Melissa, Kristen Nicholas (Josh), Simone and Sebastien; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Maisie Gene. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and sister-in-laws.
