He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Markwart. He is survived by: his close friend Joan Oliver; his sons, Darrin Markwart (Anne Brecknell), Todd Markwart (Joanna) and Chad Markwart; and his grandchildren, Callie, Jordyn, Hannah, Tyler and Sarah.
