With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Joy Thompson (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian Ries and Dorothy Ries; and her sister Brenda Savage. She is survived by: her husband Barry Thompson; her sons, Benjamin (Sherry), Ryan and Matthew (Robin); her siblings, Dorothy, Jeanne, Debbie, Cindy and Ted; and her grandchildren, Natalie, Allison, Adyson, Angus, Gilbert and Lynley.
