With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Weldon Edward Henke of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Henke and Marcella Henke; his siblings, Gerald, Emmett Henke, Marjorie Lowe and Angela Huget; and his sister-in-law Leona Henke.

He is survived by: his son-in-law Tom; his great-nephew Garrett Labillois; his daughters, Leah Tabaldo of Calgary and Shelley Samuel (Tom) of Drumheller; his stepdaughter Melissa Ramirez of California; his grandchildren, Casie Tracey (Dale) of Calgary, Carli Haley (Neil) of Calgary, Spencer Samuel of Calgary, Stephanie Tabaldo (Anthony) of Calgary and Nicole Tabaldo of Calgary; and his great grandchildren, Lachlan, Mackinnon Tracey and Hudson Haley of Calgary.

He had only been living there for a short while when COVID hit.
