He was predeceased by: his father Bill Birbeck; and his sister-in-law Shelley Burr. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Birbeck; his children, Ryan Birbeck, Makenna Lalonde (Marc), Olivia, Stefanie Olandesca (Jimmy) and Casey Herman; his grandchildren, Jordyn Olandesca and Theo Lalonde; his mother Joan Birbeck; his sisters, Leslie Deland (John), Susan Birbeck (Andre Labelle), Nancy Birbeck (Jeremy Owen) and Wendy Nickerson (Paul); his close friend Derek McSweeney (Lucy); his mother-in-law Doreen Sailer; his siblings-in-law, Janice Dynes (Bruce), Elaine McKinley (Jim) and Gary Burr; and his extended family England.

Due to current restrictions, there will not be a service at this time.
