He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his parents, Harold and Jean. He is survived by: his children, Janet (Chris), Glen (Shelley) and Shirley; his grandchildren, Carling and Elise; his nieces, Julia and Kerith; his nephew Craig; and his pets, Tinker, Remy and Sundays (family: Barbie).

Bill also enjoyed playing bridge and cribbage and had taken up playing online during Covid - he skunked a lot of people over the years!
