He is survived by: his children, Matthew Higgins (Kelly) of Calgary, Alberta and Jane Sutton (Richard) of Vernon; his granddaughters, Lily, Mika Higgins and Charlotte Sutton; his former wife Terry Higgins; his siblings, Harry Higgins (Jan) and Kathi Higgins (Per Angman); and his siblings' children, Robert, Sam, Pamela and Gavin.
