He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Rosgen and Ruby Rosgen. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his son Bill Jr. (Lana); his granddaughters, Astrid and Faye; and his siblings, Anita Coderre (Roland), Carol Chorney (Dave), Shelley Yavis (Pat), Jerry (Janie), Jim (Jan), Tony (Bev) and Bob (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
