She was predeceased by: her husband Frank N. F. Chow; her parents, William M. C. and Wai-Lin Wong (Quan); and her brothers, Jimmy Y. C. Wong Chan and Chung Kin Wong (Ann).
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Eng (Bill), Susan Gwin (Verlin), Lillian (Paul Scothorn), Betty (Ron Lowe), Barbara and Robert; her grandchildren, Jeremy Eng (Elyse), Brittani Rozon (Joshua), Morgan Gwin (Andre Masse), Benjamin Gwin (Sarah), Jonathan, Erin Scothorn and Lauren Lowe; her great grandchildren, Eva, Charlotte Eng, Renee, Connor Masse and Caleb Gwin; and her nieces and nephews, Janice, Kenny, Victor Chan (Linley), Kim White (Roy), Belinda Chan (William), Victoria Wong (Jimmy Cheung), David Wong (Rhiannon) and Andrew Wong. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home (474 Hochelaga St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H2G9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
