He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Mary; his siblings, Doris, Mike, Steve, John, Irene, Edna, Lillian and Eugene; and his son-in-law Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Darren (Tammy) and Shelley; his grandchildren, Alexa, Colten, Megan and Grayson; and his sister Millie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church of Calmar (5023 48 Ave, Calmar, AB T0C0V0). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calmar Legion. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery (5023 48 Ave, Calmar, AB T0C0V0).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Alex's honour may be made to New Humble Community School.
