She was predeceased by: her son Alvin (Meron); her parents, Andrew Smith and Mary Smith; and her siblings, Anne Manchak, Emily Iwanicka, Peter and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Laudy (Doreen) and Jerome (Rose); her grandsons, Michael (Andrea) and Daniel (Cheryl); her great grandchildren, Theodore, Eva, Cecilia and Robyn; and her sisters-in-law, Isabelle Smith and Olga Draginda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery Fund, The Alzheimer's Society of Canada or a charity of one's choice.
