Ann Louise Blatz Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Ann Louise Blatz (Camrose, Alberta). Ann, born on October 4, 1950 in Heisler, Alberta, passed away on August 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Sommer and Gordon Sommer; her husband Larry Blatz; her sister-in-law Sharon Sommer; her nephews, Ricky Hillaby and PJ Bailey; and her niece Carling Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Trina Vietri (Michael); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Bower (Alex), Hanna MacDonald (Asante Carter), Stephanie Kozinski-Vietri and Marco Vietri; her children, Tim Blatz (Tracy) and Kelly Skinner (Alan); her grandchildren, Amelio Skinner and Henry Skinner; her daughter Shawna Blatz; her great grandchildren, Tate Bower and Asibe Carter; and her siblings, Janet Hillaby (Jim), Monty Sommer, Colleen McIntyre (Jack), Collette Mesenchuk (Gary) and Valerie Bailey (Bob).
A vigil service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (3605 50 St, Camrose, AB T4V5E6). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
