She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sandahl and Anna Sandahl; her mother-in-law Rosalie Welda; and her son-in-law Barry Hovelson. She is survived by: her husband Adam Miller; her daughters, Lynette Hovelson, Darlene Welda, Janice McDonald (Ken) and Sharon Mills (Laurie); and her sister Betty Sandahl. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
