He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Rose; and his sister-in-law Barbara Kupka. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Kupka of Edmonton and Jim Kupka (Anita) of Camrose. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
