He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bakke and Magdelena Bakke; and his siblings, Hilda and Edward. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Christine Ermineskin of Whitehorse, Deborah Toffefson (Keith) of Ohaton, Daniel of Faro, Yukon, Maureen Mason (David) of Edson, Darryl (Tracey) of Millet, Susan Augustin (Jim) of New Norway and Roger (Michele) of Salmon Arm, B. C.; and his sisters, Dorothy Boden and Evalyn Thompson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren.
