He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Daniel (Nancy), James (Laurel), Kerry (Don) and Lee (Mila); his grandchildren, Joshua, Emma, Jordan, Jessica, Ivar (Jessica), Abigail, Esten, Tiago, Matthew, Jonas, Hugh, Christiano and Kai; his siblings, Verniel (Howard) and Roger (Shelley); and his sister-in-law Carol (George). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
