He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Richter and Matilda Richter. He is survived by: his children, Erin Thibeault (Jeremy) of Lethbridge, Lorraine Campbell (Trevor Hunt) of North Vancouver, B. C., Janette Normand (Norm) of Toronto and Catherine Richter (Jackson Pelletier); the mother of his children Barbara Lynn; and his brothers, Lawrence (Jennifer) of Creston, B. C., Mervin (Corrine) of Vancouver, B. C. and James (Shirley) of Cristina Lake, B. C.
